Query problem (minor)

In my query "Visa" I have:

Company A............$50.00
Company B............$0.00
Company C............$20.00
Company A............$10.00

What it shoud be is:

Company A............$60.00
Company C............$20.00

Typed in disign mode under Visa Is Not Null....that did not do it
Typed NOT NULL that did not work either.
Typed "Is Not Null".... nada and more variations that did not work either.
Also I can't get the comapnies to "merge" by name...
Still showing are two rows for company A

Can any one help please?

You need to group By the Company Column and Sum by the costs column. This is done in design view by clicking the Totals button (Next to the show Table button). ray:

Spazmonkey gave you the right solution to "merge" your results using "Group By". In order to eliminate the zero value results, place <>0 in the criteria section for your amount field.

Spatzmonkey, buckeye_td, all worked great thanks a lot.
Forget to metion that the query had more credit card columns, what it really looks like is like this now after I've done what you said.

Inv No...Company....Visa.......Mastercard....Amex

ND01......Apple.......$10.00.......0.00............0.00

So I 've done a query on this query and I've eliminated the columns for Mastercard & Amex.
If there is a better solution please explain it to me, and if OK I thank you again.
