Query Printers for Toner Levels into Excel Spreadsheet

Does anyone out there have any idea how to go about setting up an excel spreadsheet that can query a print server to monitor toner levels?

I have looked everywhere and cannot seem to come up with any results.

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
