Hi,

I have been asked to print reports with 4 – 10 records. I need to create a query that can select records; 1450, 1587, 2190, 4237,… or
2548, 2654, 2655, 2656, 2660, 2700, 2702 o_O
I’ve tried everything I can think of, and I either get all records or none.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Dr Worm, (But you can call me Mr Worm  )

Dr, or sir :)

I'm not entirely sure that I understand your question. What are the numbers 1450, 1587, etc that you refer to? Are these key values? If you want to retrieve all the records with a key value of the numbers you posted just use this as your criteria:-

In(1450,1587,2190,4237,2548,2654,2655,2656,2660,2700,2702)

Is that what you want?

Why don't you but those numbers in the criteria? Or else I'm like DK I don't understand the question.

In the query on the criteria line you would enter
1450 or 1587 or 2190 or 4237 or 2548 or 2654 or 2655 or 2656 or 2660 or 2700 or 2702
