Hi,
I'm using Access to build up a Client Contact DB and was wondering if anyone knows how I can do the following.
Records are kept of Service Calls made to Clients and also calls from Clients.
I wish to show the level of contact beween the Business and Clients. I have created a simple table with the following fields:
Date/Time/Caller/Called/Direction
I am using the direction field as a simple way of showing which way calls occur ie Outgoing=Business to Client and Incoming=Client to Business.
I wish to build a query showing (Cross Tab I think) listing the Client and showing the count of calls made 'Incoming' & 'Outgoing'.
I have been able to do this 'long-winded' by building two queries, making a new table and then building a query to that.
Does anyone know how I could do this quicker?
Thanks
Jon
