Query duplicating issue

I have an issue with what I think are duplicate rows. I am constructing a simple query with base table on the left and adding columns from another table on the right in the picture. The left table (TNKY PXFR02 NTG Master) has 2638 rows of data. However, when I run the query before ever linking the other table to the first table I get over 100k rows of data return. Much of which are duplicates in the Ticket Number column. When I remove the TNKY NTG Link anf run the query it goes back to the 2638 rows of data. I have tried deleting and starting a new query. Deleted tables and recreated them. Tried the tables in link form and table form. Nothing seems to work. Sure could use some help with figuring this one out. Below is a pic of the query and also a pic of the data return when I inserted the TNKY NTG Link and ran it before ever even linking the tables together

There is only about 3400 records in the TNKY NTG file. I have also linked it before and got the same problem. As a matter of fact I actually linked the tables as normal originally which is when I first realized the issue and started trying other things to try and figure out the issue..

It was linked previously with the same result. I just removed it to show you how it looked now with the same results as before

So I ended up removing all the tables and files again and started over. this morning. I then set everthing up as I did before and everything worked fine. the only thing I can think of is that one of the files were corrupt, which in t urn corrupted the tables and query. Thanks anyway for all the help.
