Hi Everyone,

Please could you help me.

I have created a consumable list using QR codes (scan it to office) with stock in and stock out.

When I scan the QR code it imports the product code into the sheet that i have open (stock in or out). However at the moment I have to scan the item multiple times to give the correct quantity. On the scan it to office app it allows me to add the correct quantity but it is not getting picked up on the main sheet as the product code is only on the sheet once.

Hope this makes sense.

Thank you!!

I am not sure I am understanding what it is that you are looking for with with?

Also, when cutting and pasting from Excel into the message board, using XL2BB (see the button on the formatting bar) is the best way as it would allow us to see the formula behind the scenes along with having the display formatted like Excel.

Hi there,

Thank you for your reply.

So I have shown two examples.

First example, In the first image the product code MI-GLONITHD-L, I have scanned the QR code ten times to give me the correct quantity on the main page (image 2). I am using the count if formula (counting the product code).

Second example, Product Code: XCP-ONE-400. I have scanned the QR code once but I have manually put in the quantity of two. However the quantity is not pulled through to the main sheet as the countif formula is only picking up the product code once.

Is there a way I can get the product code to be multiplied by the quantity and then the countif formula would work?
