Putting characters in front of numbers ...

Hi, I want to put characters in front of numbers in a cell.

The first cell are as you can see "SG17424", but I have to put characters in front of the rest of the cells. It is around 8200 products.

Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
in B1
=IF(ISNUMBER(A1),"SG"&A1,A1)
and copy down the column

copy column B
paste values over the top of column B
delete column A
