PUTROW

=PUTROW(Array,RowVector,RowNr)

Array
Required.
RowVector
Required. Dimensions have to match Array.
RowNr
Optional. But without it, not very useful (nothing would change to Array).

In an Array put a RowVector on a specific RowNumber.
