Put "x" in Cell

Hello is there a way to have a column that when clicking on a cell in that column, an "x" is inserted and clicking again clears it?

My table on that sheet column starts at row 7 if that matters.

I found this code but it will only have one "x" at a time. I want to be able to have multiple "x" marks in the column. Can it be altered or maybe another way?

I am sorry I counted wrong. It is supposed to be column 15 for "O".
