Pushing a date to the next monday or tuesday

If I calculate a Due date and it's a Sunday is there a formula to push it to the next Monday, if it's a holiday can I push it to the next Tuesday?

Yes, there is. With the calculated due date in cell A1 and a list of holiday dates in range H1:H10, try

=WORKDAY.INTL(A1-1,1,11,$H$1:$H$10)

This pushes it to 12:00 AM, any way to push it to 23:59:59 PM. So it's the end of the day?
