Pulling labels out on Maps - (Repeat, Sorry!)

Still haven't found a solution to this, so here goes again...

So I have a map, with Data for every state.

However, due to the size of some of the states, the labels will not fit in them (ex: MA, CT, RI, NY, NJ, etc.)

I think I remember in an older version of excel you could take the label and drag it. For example, the label for CT, would be connected by a line to the state from somewhere in the ocean where there is more room.

I do not see that option here.

I am running excel 365.
