Pulling dates from Outlook emails in Excel

Hi

I hope somebody can help.

I have exported an Outlook folders contents to a spreadsheet and I am trying to extract the dates from the header of when the email was sent to a separate column.

Are there any formulas that can do this?

Any help would be really appreciated.
