Hi there,

I'm having a little bit of a struggle when I try to think of a solution for my problem.

So, in my sheet I want to assign work to individual people. I have a one master board where I enter all the data, and then each worker has their own tab. I want a formula or something that will be able to pull all this data from the master board to their individual tabs based on a Operator number cell in the tab.

Any ideas how to achieve this?

Thanks

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Perhaps using index/match? If you add html maybe someone here can better assist. Good luck.

.
This macro will review all entries in Col A, then copy/paste the entire row to the appropriate matching sheet.

The sheets must already be created and named for the unique terms in Col A.

Code:
Option Explicit

Sub Copy_Counties()
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Dim i As Long
Dim Lastrow As Long
On Error GoTo M
Lastrow = Sheets("Master").Cells(Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Row
Dim ans As String
    For i = 2 To Lastrow
    ans = Sheets("Master").Cells(i, 1).Value
        Sheets("Master").Rows(i).Copy Sheets(ans).Rows(Sheets(ans).Cells(Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Row + 1)
    Next
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
Exit Sub
M:
MsgBox "No such sheet as " & ans & " exist"
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
