Pulling Data from Table

I'm trying to figure out how to pull data from a table such as below. I would like to be able to search for a value, such as 4 and receive the other 3 values in the same line. Such as search for 4 and the result would be 9, 20 & 23. Thanks!

Hi,

I set up some data to show you how to import by using one reference number. In sheet one is the raw data. In sheet 2 if you enter the ID number the rest fills in with this index match array.

I hope this helps you to understand one way to fill the row with the other data.
