Pulling data from other sheet if cell matches cell

I have this spreadsheet with some information on it. What I want to do is. For example. In cell G5, if the data in cell C5 matches any of the numbers ts numbers in the 2nd image, I want to copy over (for example) the corresponding Client name, if the number doesn't match any in that colomn then I want it to return blank. Can anyone help me? It might seem simple to some.
