pulling data from one sheet to another with multiple criterias

hi there,

i feel like this is simple but having trouble figuring it out. i basically want to pull data from one sheet to another where the data has to meet multiple criterias.

the criterias are week#, year, and business unit if all of those criterias match on both sheets i want a return of the number sent which is a different column.

1. will there only ever be 1 unique match or could there be more than 1?
2. Do you need to return all relative data, or just a value
3. If just a value (or sum of values) take a look at using SUMIFS()

There should only return a unique value. and it wouldnt be a sum. It is more I am trying to do a data dump in one sheet and have that return that unique in another sheet based on criterias

Thanks! to make things a little bit more complicated is there a way to have criteria1 in the formula = another column instead of typing it in.
