pulling data from changing cells

I am hoping someone can help me

data in column P (P5:P35) all contains time in the format 00:00:00
I have put a conditional format in place to background fill, bold and italic if the data is longest time in column.

the data is input to this column on a daily basis and so the affected cell may change, dependent on data input

I would like cell P37 to auto populate with the data from whichever cell is in bold/italic/background filled (or all three) but don't know how to write the formula for this

Why not base this on the value rather than the cf? As in p37 is =Max(P5:P35) ?
That assumes the values are not formatted as text, or at least if they are text, they are recognizable as numbers.
