Pulling Data - 3 Excel Sheets Simultaneously Looking at each other

Hi Guys,

This is quite hard to explain (Bit of a noob) so bear with me.

Basically, I have 3 sheets looking at each other, one for 3 different departments in the company I work for one for Purchasing, one for Warehouse & one for our accounts, using the "pull data" function in separate tabs, I was hoping for the sheets to look at the orders from purchasing, then warehouse could log their delivery note, this information then gets past through to accounts for billing. This enables the information to be up-to-date throughout the day. The problem, as you can imagine, is now the files cannot be saved as they are "in use" and I hit a massive snag when these were all open at the same time. I have a feeling this might not be easy, but if anyone has a solution it would be a godsend.

Thanks :)

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Prob best post a spreadsheet.

You cant attach files in theis forum so upload to an online storage site then post a link to the file.
