Good day can anyone assist me , i am using the following formula to list my results.

=index(a$2:a$9,match(large(b$13:b$20,rows(a$13:a13)),b$13:b$20,false))
while this brings my value's through it does't bring the formating through.
I would like the cell fill also come through, as the values belong to different departments

Hi,

Unfortunately it is not possible to do it with Excel formula - these can only retrieve values. You need to either manually apply the formatting (by using "Format Painter" or Ctrl+C > Paste Special > Formats), or use VBA code.
