Please anybody,

I have forms that I want to be able to make a selection in pulldown, then upon the selection it automatically populates other text boxes in the form with the pertinent information. I am guessing I need to link to database, but I am not sure.

To give an example: Lets say I pick "Dealer in San Diego" from the pull down menu. Then, underneath there are text boxes labeled - Address, City, St, Zip, Phone#, etc. that all populate themselves upon selection of the corresponding dealer.

Here I will provide a link to some sample form that I want to upgrade. I think it will give you a better idea what I am trying to do.

Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Thank you for the response.

This puts me in the right directon. My forms are built in Excel. Is there a way I can get these excel forms to intereact with an access database,

If you look at one of the form in the link above you will get a better understanding of what I am doing.

Thanks again for the help. Furthur assistance would be greatly appreciated.
