Pull Information From Sheet to Sheet Based on Descending values and cell value

Good Afternoon,

Need your assistance once more time, I am working in a tracker and need assistance with pulling information from one sheet to another. I need the information in the green sheet (Sheet 2) below to be transferred to a purple sheet Dashboard (Sheet 1). the information needs to be pulled based on DAYS DUE column descending from highest to lowest FIRST and if the status is IN PROCESS ONLY with the corresponding information there after.

the information has to fill the table below in the Dashboard (Sheet 1), final product in the below table.

This is the final product with the information being pulled and rearranged to descend from the asstet down the longest and status in process only. I copied and pasted the information but I would like it to be auto populated.

Please let me know if anyone needs more information to make this work. I tried VLOOKUP, index, match but I can't figure it out. Thank you in advance.
