Pull info out of string

I have over a 100 lines like this....
Male Run Tee 10mm Tubexmale Bspt

They all are different numbers in front of the "mm".

Each string is a different length. I want to pull out the number in front and put into the next column. So in this case, the next column would show "10mm".

Thanks for your help.

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
assuming that none of the rest of the string is likely to have 'mm' in it:

=MID(A1,FIND("mm",A1)-2,4)

...would give you '10mm'.

FWIW, I'd use:

=--MID(A1,FIND("mm",A1)-2,2)

...to just return the number 10 (in case you want to kactually use the numbers as numbers (10), rather than have the text values ("10mm")
