I do a daily tracking of referrals made on patients in our clinic. I have been doing this since January 2024.

The daily sheets have a list of all patients seen in our clinic on that particular day. We place a mark next to those patients who were referred to our clinic that day.

I now want to gather a list of the names of providers who have made referrals.

The formula I'm seeking would scan each daily sheet, locate the rows that have a mark (x,y,or z), and pull over the provider name into a sheet named Totals.

I have a beginning sheet called Start, and an end sheet called End. All of the daily sheets are between Start and End, thus range can be Start:End!.

I would prefer formula rather than VBA as IT prevents changes.

Sorry, I had to post images instead of XL2BB.

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
I suppose that means you cannot help me?
Correct - but I have moved your thread into the appropriate forum where perhaps somebody will help you.
Only Excel questions in the Excel Questions forum please.

It is an Excel question as I will be using it in Excel. I had to use Google sheets since MrExcel is blocked at my work.
