Publish Access Report with WORD: PROBLEM! :(

Hello all,

I have a quick question:

I have a report that looks fine in Access. I am able to print/view it on my screen and the fields look fine.

However, when I click on 'Publish It With WORD', the report in WORD has 'Text34' littered throughout the actual values. It is occurring in ALL columns of the report in WORD.

Can someone PLEASE tell me what I can do to remove these 'Text34''s from the ACCESS-->WORD publish?

Thanks again, all! :)

I am STILL unable to solve this...can someone PLEASE offer me some insights/startingtips that may be causing this problem?

Thanks in advance, all! :)

Does the Query/Table that the report is based on contain errors. Is Text34 appearing in the "Detail" section of the report only?

Thanks for the reply...

No, the table/query contains no errors that I know of.

What is strange is that the "Text34" is ONLY appearing in the report AFTER I convert it to a WORD/.RTF file format. When I print the report PRIOR to converting it (e.g. using Access), the #'s are fine and the report looks normal. However, after converting it, the #'s are STILL there but they are also accompanied by a 'Text34' line for ALL values in 4 of the 6 columns.

Is there a setting/conflict that could be causing this? I need to convert these reports into .PDF/WORD format, and thus far have been unable to generate a clean report without the erroneous 'Text 34' lines.

Thanks again for all of your help! :)

There is a hidden label behind your text box.
So, move that text box to other location or click "Format" --> "Send to Back".
Then you will see "Text34" there.
Delete it and everything will be fine.
