Publish a userform to the organisations website

Hi,

I believe this is possible but have never tried it. I've got a Wb on S/point which users access to fill out information. In total it's about 25 input boxes. dropdown etc.
Rather than accessing the form on S/point, am I able to 'publish' (if that's the word) on the organisations website?
