protection workbooks when entering to new year

Hi guys,

I would protect workbooks are existed in folder and sub folders in D:\DATA when entering to new year.

so the files in 2024 was working and when entering to new year is 2025 year , then should prevent user from adjusting inside sheets .

but when search data by userform or cells inside sheets for specific cells (A2,G2,M33,K33,T55) across sheets for each file then should search without allow for user to add or delete or modifying .
