Protecting Worksheet / Locking Certain Cells

I need to password protect an entire worksheet and leave only 2 cells available for editing. There are procedures out there on the web but I am not getting them to work.

Hope someone can help here.

Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
You can simply unlock the two cells and then protect the sheet with your password or are you looking for a macro to do this? If you're looking for a macro, what are the two cells in question and what is the name of the worksheet?
