Password protect them, although it's not totally foolproof.
Right click the project in the Project window > VBAProject Properties > Protection > check the box & enter password.
Save, close & reopen the workbook
Thanks, Tried that and re-opened the wb. Went tot teh macro and it asked for my PW. I did not enter it but was able to modify and save it anyway.
Is ther another option?
Then if you try to view the code & don't enter a password it should not let you in.
If it is letting you in to the code, are you sure you protected the correct workbook?
