Does anybody know of any way to make a copy of a spreadsheet which wont show the formulas from the original but obviously still do the same things?

Better still does anybody know how to make a spreadsheet into an full program (exe)? So microsoft office isnt required at all

Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Yoy can hide the formulas by Format>Cells>Hidden Check Hidden. Then Protect the sheet And Workbook.
No you cant make excel an EXE

Bugs, I beg to differ with you, but you CAN make excel an EXE. Try this:

In cell A1, enter the text "excel", without the quotes.
In cell B1, enter the following formula:

=UPPER(LEFT(A1,2)&MID(A1,4,1))
