Dear Experts,
I have SharePoint excel used by huge group, The excel is password protected as it has
1. Hidden columns
2. Hidden Formulas
3. Protect the headers as they are linked to SQL
4. Should be protected against people over writing data on the hidden columns
So I have locked the cells and password protected with users able to insert rows, delete rows, Sort, Auto Filter check box enabled
All good but, users are not able to delete rows apart from SharePoint bug of filter. but to enable users to filter, I need to unlock in the Format Cells - > Protection but that might impact above needs.
Question. 1. Why the delete rows check box (enabled) in the password protect is not working ? and How to make users to delete the rows at the same time have all above needs satisfied.
Question 2: Is there a work around for SharePoint bug of users able to remove filters on the password protected sheet ?
