Hi,

Just after some advice re sharing an excel doc.

I need to share a large multi-tabbed excel doc which contains all the usual suspects - pivot tables, formulas, tab referenced formulas etc.

I need to use the doc as an example of my ability using excel, I have no choice to use this doc so an alternative is not an option.

The document is live, I have removed identifying information to maintain privacy, I need to provide read only access without the other person downloading or having a local copy. I also need to prevent any kind of copying of the data. Following this, I then need to be able to remove access.

Essentially I need the online equivalent of putting my laptop in front of someone, allowing them to look around the document (without them copying the doc) and then taking my laptop away. Essentially I need a kind of functional, but locked down slideshow, like the difference between a .fla and a .swf, for those familiar with Flash.

I thougt I could do this via Drive but I can't seem to prevent copying or downloading.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is this even possible?

Many thanks in advance.

J
