DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY WHEN I RUN THIS MACRO IT JUST PROTECT THE WORKSHEET BUT EVEN IF THE PASSWORD IS "1515" IT JUST SKIP IT AND SET IT TO NOTHING, SO WHEN I MANUALLY UNPROTECT THE SHEET IT JUST UNPROTECT WITHOUT ASKING ME FOR THE PASSWORD.

Sub LOCKD()
'ActiveSheet.Select I try with this and without and it does the same
With ActiveSheet
.Protect DrawingObjects:=True
.Protect Contents:=True
.Protect Scenarios:=True
.Protect Password:="1515"
End With
End Sub

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Try
Code:
ActiveSheet.Protect DrawingObjects:=True, _
   Contents:=True, _
   Scenarios:=True, _
   Password:="1515"
