Hi,

Is there a way to protect the formulas in the whole workbook without having to protect every single sheet one by one with the "protect sheet" function?

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
No. You could use a macro to loop through the sheets so you wouldn't have to manually go sheet-by-sheet, but the process would still be to protect each sheet independently.
