Protect against to be erased

Hi everyone,

I have a Form that people must fill, so I unprotect those cells, and protect the others to prevent they type into cells with important values. That is right, but is not safe at all and there are some ideas that I cannot achieve:

1. The first is that I'm woring about they could erase the document easily, is there a way that they cannot do that?

2. They also can copy the document.

3. The third is a crazy, how can I do to prevent they modify previously data?, perhaps lock cells after the document is closed or saved.

I know is difficult, but the result could be incredibles

The way I achieve some of your goals is by using a user form . All the sheets are locked. A button pops up the userform. After entering the data and pressing the OK button, the data gets copied to the next row in the sheet (in the macro that does this the sheet is unprotected the data is written and the sheet is protected again).

It is hard to protect your sheet from being deleted (or copied). If you want to achieve that you have to work with a database.

But if the sheet sits on a server, then there will always be a backup (I hope for you)
