Hi All

Some of you may remember me from a few months back- when i receievd a lot of help for a resource spreadsheet.
Morning

Following on from the resource plan I have now been allocated to do a similar thing for Project resource.

Project A 45 hours
Alan Analyst 25 hours
Barry Programmer 20 hours

Project B 55 Hours
Alan Analyst 20
Chris Prj Manager 20
Tim Programmer 15

The purpose is to identify available resource should we decide to delete an entire project.

Im thinking the way to go is to not link the project – but to link the names i.e. delete all of those under project A to reveal the time which would be available.

A longshot- but just wondered if anyone had done something similar!?

Thanks
