project files from "VBA and Macros for Microsoft Excel"

Hello Bill Jelen (Mr. Excel),
I bought "VBA and Macros for Microsoft Excel" almost 15 years ago and I have dragged the book with me for three continents during all this time.
I feel the urgency of learning macros (again), but I am failing to download the project files. In all my laptops appear the message "you have a newer version of Microsoft Office installed".
Please let me know what is the solution to this problem

Expecting files from a 15 year old book to still be on the publisher's download site may not be realistic.

Are you downloading from: https://www.mrexcel.com/download-center/vba-and-macros-microsoft-excel-2010/
1. Can you download the zip file?
2. Can you unzip the file?
3. When you go to open the ProjectFilesChapter11Piv.xlsm workbook, does it open?

In other words, where are you getting the "newer version" message?
