I have a progress bar which is based on a loop code.

what I need is some code that will run the progress bar based on a time value located in a cell. The macro I am running is a mixture of copying & pasting from one sheet to another, running filters, deleting data and re-sorting. I have no idea how I could get the loop code to work with this. I have worked out how long it should take based on how may lines there are (variable each time), and I have this as an estimated time in a cell. Is there a way I can run the progress bar from 0% to 100% to coincide with the time I have estimated.
