Im using a progress bar in conditional formatting using number minimum (0.50) and number max (0.00). but it seems not working. I want a FULL progress bar if the value is zero and the bar will decrease when the value increase. Thanks

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
I don't think it's possible. (I presume you mean a data bar?)

I have an easy workaround:
Lets assume cell A1 = 0.00 or 0.50 or whatever
Then B1 = 0.5-A1
Apply the formatting to B1 with min 0 and max 0.5 and check the tick box that says 'show bar only'.

I realise it's not perfect but it's pretty close.
