Currently this formula =VLOOKUP(E6,'Survey Home Improvement'!$E:$F,2,FALSE) produces one of two results. Either "Home Improvement" (if the words Home Improvement are found in the second position) or #N/A if the words Home Improvement are not found. How can I change this so that "Y" will appear if the value is found or "N" if it is not?

Thank you in advance

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(E6,'Survey Home Improvement'!$E:$F,2,FALSE),"N","Y")

=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(E6,'Survey Home Improvement'!$E:$F,2,FALSE),"N","Y")
Thank you for the response. I've copy/pasted exactly and I get an error message: "You've entered too many arguments for this function..."

sorry meant to add another closing bracket
=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(E6,'Survey Home Improvement'!$E:$F,2,FALSE)),"N","Y")
forgot the ISNA() and vlookup()

ISNA(VLOOKUP(........))
