Problems with Goal Seek/ Solver Add In

Could you all help me figure out how to get this to converge. Or could someone get it to converge on their pc and help me with the options I need to change to get it to converge on my PC?

I am wanting to set cell H28 to zero by changing the value in cell M10 .

Based on basic math. I know the convergence has to occur between 610.769 and 610.770.

This has been corrected. I had some "rounding" functions in some of the formulas that was causing the solver to skip over the solution. (The rounding was causing the solveability to not be granular enough so the solver/ goal seek could never find a solution)

The corresponding file location has been deleted. Thank you all if anyone had already started looking in to the problem.
