problems using bubble chart

Charting isn't my strong point at the best of times but I'm having trouble using the bubble chart.

I can't seem to get all 3 values in each row to be used in the chart. Instead, the position of the row in the table seems to be one of the values in the plot (it's being used as the xvalue) please see the second chart.

Also I can't get the chart to use the row names to label the bubbles. I tried including the company name column in the selection before inserting the chart and it's only plotting 2 bubbles instead of 4.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

any thoughts? I just realised the image doesn't display but the workbook has it all.
