Problems to get external data from Excel/Onedrive into Excel/Desktop - "rows jumping"

Dear,
I use 3rd party-services (IFTTT) to add new incoming e-mails from Gmail on Excel/Onedrive, that feeds the Excel/Desktop: Gmail > IFTTT > Excel Onedrive > Excel Desktop
To import the data from Excel/Onedrive into Excel/Desktop first I create a connection and after I use the command “Get External Data”
On Excel/Desktop I have 2 Tabs:
Tab1: It is the original data base - Where I import all data from Excel/Onedrive (that is working OK)
Tab2: Is a friendly sheet based on data from Tab1 that I customize formulas, viewing and others. Every cell has formulas from Tab1. Example. CellA12 in Tab2: =VALUE(Tab1!A12)...and so on.

The problem is: Every time a new row is added on Tab1 (from Excel/Onedrive), the Tab2 “jumps” some rows to starting adding the new data. For example:
CellA12 in Tab2: =VALUE(Tab1!A12)
CellA13 in Tab2: =VALUE(Tab1!A13)
CellA17 in Tab2: =VALUE(Tab1!A17)
The data between the range from CellA14 in Tab2 ~ CellA16 in Tab2 is missing.

Any better idea how to import data from Excel/Onedrive into Excel/Desktop with no any deviation like that ?
Thanks !
Inacio

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
