problems converting report to RTF

I have a simple report (no graphics, nothing fancy) that I am outputting to an RTF for publication as part of a larger Word document. Somewhere in the conversion to RTF, words or lines of text at the end of a field get dropped out of the position they should be in and re-appear later in the same record (usually in the middle of a different field). The problem seems to be in the conversion to RTF and not in the report design itself, because when I preview the report in Access, the text appears in the right place.

I'm using quite a lot of "can grow=yes" properties in the report fields, because the same field across different records can be blank or can have 20+ lines of text. I don't know if that has anything to do with it (seems to me it shouldn't).

Any ideas???

Thanks,
Rob
