Problem with updating model by Power Query

Hello guys!

Has anyone faced a problem described here - “I Modified an Existing Table in Power Query and Now it Won’t Refresh”– A Fix « PowerPivotPro

I'm trying to solve this but I can't just paste connection string in last version of PowerPivot. It has a different window.
If I remove upload to model status I will lost about a few tens of measures.

I would just suck it up, move all the measures to a different table, and nuke it. It sucks bad, make sure you "Send a Frown" to the power query team. Though... they clearly know it sucks based on how often I ***** at them.
