In cell AA70 I have this formula that works...
VBA Code:
=TODAY()-AA68&" Day High"

I'm trying to have that cell be blank if cell AA71 is blank. So my new formula is...
VBA Code:
=IF(AA71="","",TODAY()-AA68&" Day High")

My problem is that with the modification, AA70 displays the full formula starting with the = sign instead of the resulting blank cell or number.
I don't understand why this is happening or how to fix it.

Any assistance is appreciated.

The first thing I think of is that the cell was formatted as Text before you entered the formula.
In order...
Clear the cell, format the cell as General, then retype the formula in the cell.
