Problem with my chart

Hi guys, I'm having a very noob problem (i guess) with my graph where it doesn't display the right values.
I'm probably doing it wrong, so could anyone, please, help me?

a little practice, some complex charts can be assembled in stages. sometimes its just a matter of how you lay out the data to start with

Do you suggest any material where I can start this studying?

really i would start with a set of values that make sense to me and see what the various charts look like, then expand them to do other things. often work provides area that people would like to see and makes boring numbers, something special and meaningful
