problem with hour day

hello i work in company the day start from 7 am to 7 am next day
problem to now

Shift[FONT=arial, sans-serif] agent [/FONT]
[FONT=arial, sans-serif]example any shift 8:30 hour from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm etc..[/FONT]
[FONT=arial, sans-serif]problem shift 10:30 pm end in 7:00 am if i use any function to count hour results 1:30 hour and next day 7 hour
i need to change day from (12 am to 12 am) to (7 am to 7 am)
look to attached excel sheet
i sorry to bad lang English
