problem with formula

Hi, looking for a fomula to calculate total cost with break points,eg

I have in cell E35 an accumilating total

formula needs to calculate less than 102 at a cost of .23463

between 102 but less than 238 cost is .26367

between 238 and 509 cost is .30525

more than 509 cost is .30987

have tried looking in posts but have not found what i'm looking for

have tried various IF(and( functions but not getting right results.

Would be happy to have formula for each break point or is their one formula that can do the whole cenario

Tried out using Marcelo Branco's formula and seems to work except when you go over 240 resulting answer is out slightly and escalates as you increase more than 240, compared to when you calculate it out manually and I don't know why

Please, clarify the situations with limit-values
102 do you need
101 * 0.,23463 + 1 * 0,26367
or
102 * 0,23463

238 ?
509 ?
