Problem with exercise files

I am reading the VBA & macros for Excel book, and find it useful. However, I downloaded the exercise files and tried the last one for Chapter 2 and it d0esn't quite work. It sets up the Autosum for column E, but won't copy the formula into other columns or bold up the Total row. Am I missing something?
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Great catch. There are two lines near the end that reference TotalRow+1.

Change TotalRow+1 to just TotalRow. It occurs in five places on the two lines.
