Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
try
Format > Number
choose
(1234.10)
that should put brackets around negative numbers
which is custom format
0.00_);(0.00)

Book1
A
1(12.00)
2(12.12)
3(1.00)

what else is going on with the spreadsheet ? Macros of some description

What happens when you use the formating ?

maybe you need to share the actual spreadsheet -
then put the sample spreadsheet onto a share

I only tend to goto OneDrive, Dropbox or google docs , as I'm never certain of other random share sites and possible virus.

What do you call a bracket?
in the US: ( ) are parenthesis, [ ] are brackets, and { } are braces (or curly brackets)?

Solution
in the US: ( ) are parenthesis
yes this is what I want based on US in my laptop , but in my laptop the language is arabic
so when I change from US to arabic or arabic to US.
#,###.00; [Red](#,###.00);0.00 ?
this will show by arabic not like you and I tested all of options in custom without hange any thing!

have you tried using all the standard arabic words and symbols?
is the arabic version of this US [ ] this: { }?
Is the arabic version of this US ( ) this: [ ]?
Can you use the arabic word for 'red'?
Are your separators commas (,) or semicolons (; - as in US)?

Also, here is a microsoft help on arabic number formatting. The last comment is something I would not have though. Have you checked out the font you are using?
The title is: excel-help-for-arabic-numeric (I don't know why is says "redirecting").
